TERMS & CONDITIONS
BOOKING & PAYMENT
All quotes from The Sugar Chest are valid until the specified due date displayed on your invoice.
All orders are not confirmed until a deposit is paid and may be cancelled at any time if your invoice remains unpaid.
To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required by the due date specified on your invoice. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days prior to pick up or delivery date. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the specified due date will result in your order being cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.
All payments are to be made via bank transfer.
ALTERATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to accommodate for any alterations, including quantity and designs to existing orders. The reason for this is that once your order is booked in, we begin the process of sourcing the required supplies to fulfil your order.
When you place your order, you are agreeing to go ahead with the amount of sweets requested, flavours and designs selected for the due date agreed upon.
1 week notice from pick-up/dispatch date is required for any cancellations. Failure to provide 1 week notice of cancellation will result in your deposit being forfeited.
DAMAGES
We take full care when handling your sweet treats. Once goods have been released from the care of The Sugar Chest, the customer is liable for any damages, accidents or mishaps that may occur.
REFUND POLICY
The Sugar Chest will not offer refunds or exchanges for custom products once made, collected/delivered and accepted by the customer or another designated party.
All sweet treats are the responsibility of the customer once they leave our possession. Refund requests due to decorating style, colour shade or general decoration design will not be honoured or considered.
SOCIAL MEDIA
We love taking photos of your special treats and reserve the right to upload these across our social media accounts for marketing purposes. Should you wish for us not to share images of your treats, this must be specified at the time of placing your order.
